To fulfill our Quality Policy we have defined the following objectives:

• To establish and maintain a Quality Management system with the aim of achieving ISO 9001:2000 standards.
• To recruit qualified staff and provide them with the necessary training to enhance their performance.
• To meet customer and regulatory requirements with regards to quality.
• To provide the necessary infrastructure in support of the service delivery process.
• To embed a continuous improvement culture to facilitate the implementation of an effective Quality Management System.
